Payment Terms

You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts and agree not to bring any action in any other jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

  • Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to negotiate a resolution
  • If negotiation fails, parties may pursue mediation as a non-binding alternative
